The centerpiece of my painting is a set dining table. At first glance, it appears to be a still life, but in fact, this everyday setting carries deep symbolic meaning. For me, the table is a meeting point: family stories, holidays and everyday life, presence and absence, closeness and distance all appear on it at once. In my paintings, the arranged objects, the empty or used plates, glasses, and textures are all imprints of human relationships.
