Szellemi tulajdon és felhasználási jogok

Az ART IN SPACE™ – REBORN kollekció egy önálló, egyedi kreatív és művészeti koncepció, amelynek létrehozása, kurátori rendszere, vizuális megjelenése, prezentációs struktúrája és kommunikációs rendszere alkotói szellemi munkán alapul.

A kollekcióhoz kapcsolódó valamennyi eredeti kreatív tartalom és annak egyedi megjelenési rendszere a jogosult szellemi tulajdonát képezi.

A védelem kiterjed különösen:

az ART IN SPACE™ – REBORN elnevezés és koncepció alkalmazására;
a kollekció egyedi művészeti és kurátori koncepciójára;
a kollekció vizuális és prezentációs rendszerére;
az egyedi térbeli és enteriőr-megjelenítési megoldásokra;
a kollekcióhoz kapcsolódó szövegekre, leírásokra és kommunikációs anyagokra;
az elkészített grafikai és vizuális anyagokra;
a digitális megjelenésekre és prezentációkra;
a kollekció struktúrájára és annak egyedi elemeinek rendszerbe foglalására;
valamint az ezekhez kapcsolódó, egyedi módon létrehozott kreatív anyagokra.

Felhasználási korlátozás

Az ART IN SPACE™ – REBORN kollekcióhoz kapcsolódó tartalmak, képek, szövegek, vizuális megoldások, koncepcióelemek és egyedi kreatív megoldások teljes vagy részleges átvétele, másolása, reprodukálása, adaptálása, továbbfejlesztése, kereskedelmi vagy üzleti célú felhasználása, illetve harmadik személy részére történő átadása kizárólag a jogosult előzetes írásbeli engedélyével lehetséges.

A kollekció bemutatása a weboldalon vagy más kommunikációs felületen nem jelent általános felhasználási, másolási, reprodukciós vagy licencjogot.

A koncepció lényegi elemeinek más megjelenési formában, más név alatt vagy módosított vizuális környezetben történő felhasználása sem tekinthető automatikusan önálló, szabadon felhasználható alkotásnak.

Szerzői és szellemi tulajdon

A kollekcióhoz kapcsolódó, szerzői jogi védelem alá eső művek és kreatív alkotások szerzői jogait a vonatkozó jogszabályok biztosítják.

Az egyes műalkotások szerzői és jogosulti viszonyait minden esetben az adott műre vonatkozó dokumentáció és szerzői/jogosulti nyilatkozat határozza meg.

Az ART IN SPACE™ – REBORN kollekció mint önálló kreatív rendszer ugyanakkor magában foglalhat olyan egyedi szerkesztési, prezentációs, vizuális, szövegi és koncepcionális elemeket, amelyek külön-külön vagy együttesen szellemi alkotás részét képezhetik.

Engedélykérés

A kollekció bármely elemének professzionális, üzleti, kereskedelmi, kommunikációs, oktatási, kiállítási vagy egyéb, az eredeti bemutatási célt meghaladó felhasználása előtt kérjük az előzetes írásbeli engedély beszerzését.

Licencelési, együttműködési vagy egyéb felhasználási lehetőség esetén kérjük, vegye fel velünk a kapcsolatot.

Its concept, structure, visual language, presentation system, original texts, graphic elements and other distinctive creative components are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

Any reproduction, adaptation, modification, commercial use or other use of the collection or its distinctive creative elements requires prior written permission from the rights holder.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The ART IN SPACE™ – REBORN collection is an original artistic, creative and curatorial concept developed by Dávid Norbert.

The collection represents an integrated creative system in which artworks, spatial presentation, visual language, curatorial thinking, storytelling and communication form a distinctive and coherent concept.

PROTECTED CREATIVE ELEMENTS

Intellectual property protection may apply, within the scope provided by applicable law, to the original creative elements of the collection, including but not limited to:

the ART IN SPACE™ – REBORN concept and its distinctive creative expression;
the collection's original curatorial structure;
its visual and presentation system;
spatial and interior presentation concepts;
original texts and descriptions;
graphic and visual materials;
original digital presentations;
distinctive combinations and arrangements of creative elements;
and other original creative materials developed specifically for the collection.

USE AND REPRODUCTION

The publication of the collection on this website does not constitute a general licence or permission to reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, commercially exploit or otherwise use its protected creative elements.

No part of the collection may be copied, reproduced, adapted, substantially incorporated into another project or commercially exploited without prior written permission from the respective rights holder, except where such use is expressly permitted by applicable law.

The use of a different title, modified visual presentation or alternative format does not, by itself, constitute an independent right to use the original creative concept or its protected expression.

ARTWORK RIGHTS

The individual artworks presented within the ART IN SPACE™ – REBORN collection may be subject to separate copyright and other intellectual property rights.

The copyright, authorship and other rights relating to an individual artwork are determined by the relevant artwork documentation and applicable agreements.

The presentation of an artwork as part of the ART IN SPACE™ – REBORN collection does not transfer or alter the copyright or ownership rights relating to that artwork.
